Junk removal and whole-property resets in Weatherford, Aledo, Parker County and West Fort Worth.
Text us a photo for a quick estimate, or book a free walkthrough for a firm written price. Either way, you approve the final price before we start. Then we sort, haul, donate what we can and sweep up before we leave. You don't lift a thing.
What happens next: a real person from our team calls you back, often the same day. If we're out on a job, we'll call as soon as we wrap up. Most jobs are done within 3 days.
No surprise fees and no "we'll see when we get there." Here's exactly what happens.
Text us photos for a quick estimate, or book a free walkthrough and we'll look at the space in person.

Before work startsYou tell us what stays. We sort the rest into donate, recycle, and dispose, then load it all.
Usually one visitWe sweep the floor of every area we clear and leave the space ready to use, list, or rent. Then we send you before-and-after photos.
Before we leaveEach one needs a different kind of help. Here's what we do for each.
Two ways to help: a flat-price haul-away once your family has sorted, or a guided cleanout where we sort side by side with you.
For executors and adult childrenWe work at your pace, room by room, and can deliver what you keep to your new place.
For seniors and empty nestersLockbox access, photo-ready results, and a turnaround that fits your listing date.
For realtors and sellersWe clear what tenants left behind and leave the unit ready for cleaners or showings.
For landlords and property managersOld equipment, scrap, fencing, sheds full of "someday." We have the trailer for it.

Every job is priced after a free walkthrough, but here's roughly where most land so you're not guessing.
A few bulky items: a couch, a mattress, an old fridge, a hot tub cover.
One full room, garage or storage unit cleared, sorted and swept.
Whole-home move-outs, rentals and acreage. Multi-day haul-aways get one flat price for the whole thing.
Every family and every home is different. Choose the level of help you need, or start with one and add the other.
Your family has already chosen what to keep. We remove everything that's left, donate what we can and sweep up.
We work side by side with you, room by room, at your pace. We help sort keep, donate, sell and discard, and we set aside photos, papers, jewelry and anything sentimental for your family to review.
Hi! I'm Jason, the guy in the logo, minus the cartoon (and with slightly less hair; the artist was generous).
I started The Junk Therapist because North Texas has plenty of junk and probably plenty of therapy bills. I'm not licensed to fix the second one, so here we are.
I live right here in Aledo. We're locally owned, not a national franchise wearing a cowboy hat for the photo, and my partners or I personally check in on every job to make sure we leave things better than we found them. Yes, we genuinely care that your old treadmill left in style.
My partners, Rhonda and Rene, are a huge part of the business. They wisely declined to become cartoons. I was out of the room when that vote happened.
Together we built this on a simple idea: show up when we say we will, respect people and their property, charge a fair price, and make getting rid of stuff ridiculously easy. No judgment. We've seen things.
One bulky item, a garage you haven't parked in since 2014, an estate cleanout, or a property that needs a fresh start? Give us a call.
You've got junk. We've got issues. Let's work through them together.

We're new, and proud of it. Our first 25 clients get [founding-client offer] in exchange for an honest review.
Claim a founding spotNo judgment. We've seen it all, and we're still smiling.

Not always. For garages, move-outs and realtor listings we can work from a lockbox or gate code. We send photos when we're done.
If you booked a walkthrough, only if you add items that weren't in it, and we'll tell you before we load them. Photo estimates are confirmed on-site, because photos don't always show everything, like what's behind or under the pile. Either way, you approve the final price before we lift a thing. Guided estate cleanouts are billed by the hour, and we check in with you before going past the estimate.
Sorting a loved one's home can't be rushed, and it shouldn't be. Some families move quickly, and others need time with each room. Hourly billing means you never feel pressured to hurry, and you only pay for the time you actually use.
Walkthroughs are usually within 1–2 days, and most jobs are done within 3 days. Need it sooner for a closing or move-out? Call us.
We set aside photos, documents, jewelry, cash and anything that looks sentimental for you to review. Nothing personal is thrown away without your okay.
Every job ends with a broom sweep of the floor in every area we cleared. Anything beyond that, we leave to our sister company, Valor Grace Property Services, a full property services company. She got all the cleaning genes in the family. We got the muscles and the truck. Need a deep clean before listing or move-in? We'll make the introduction and put in a good word.
When the job's done and you're happy with it. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. We don't accept checks.
Tell us a little about the space, and we'll personally call you back as soon as we're off the job to set up your free walkthrough. Need us faster? Text a photo.
